Habitat Home Realty of Florida, Broker John Frassica, Marketing Director Damaris Soto Frassica, a husband and wife team founded Habitat in 1986.  They have a long Tampa history as leaders in the Community among the non-profit organizations as founders, supporters, sponsors, and community activist organizers.

Co-founders of a number of non-profit organizations “Dominican Professional Association”, “Alianza Hispana of Tampa Bay”, “League of United Latin American Citizens Dominican Council of Central Florida” (LULAC)  “Coalicion Hispana de Artistas” (CHA) are among many of the accomplishments John and Damaris have seen through the years.

Their involvement in these organizations can be seen through their elected Chairperson, Board of Director and Officer Positions held in many local and national community and business non-profit organizations through the years.

Damaris received the award of “Hispanic Business Woman of  the Year”  from the Tampa Hispanic Heritage, along with ‘Movers and Shakers Award’ from Latin Times Magazine and recognized in Image Magazine among “People Who Make a Difference”. John received the Realtor of the Year Award from the Community Housing Resource Board and sponsored 1^st Time Buyer Workshops in Mortgage Education.

John and Damaris have worked for more than 25 years as a team in Habitat Home Realty of Florida with  their slogan “Bringing Family and Friends Together” which has held true through the years. Their teamwork and Habitat Home Realty’s commitment and involvement in the community is based on need, and our ability as human beings to help fill the needs of others through the support of education, art, and civic awareness.
